History
Our founder, Jason Sparks, watched his father start his insurance company from the family garage and grow it into the thriving business it’s become today. Growing up in a Christian and entrepreneurial home, Jason Sparks knew Simpli Insurance could both provide exceptional customer care and show the love of Christ to those in need.
So in 2015, Jason founded Simpli Insurance to provide for the home, car, and rental insurance needs for Tennesseans across our region. Jason applied that same passion for service and customer care that he learned from watching his dad to the company’s core values of customer care, quality service, and building relationships our customers enjoy today.

Jason started Simpli Insurance to make insurance simple for everyone. He began his insurance journey with Combined Insurance in 1999 and later went to Woodman of the World. Jason then focused on car and home insurance and opened Simpli Insurance in 2015. Jason is married to Sandra, his best friend and beautiful wife. In everything he does, Jason always puts God first. He has a heart for his community in East Tennessee and the people of Central America. One of his biggest dreams is to help them have access to food, school supplies and a copy of the Bible for each family.
Originally from Venezuela, Laura joined Simpli Insurance in 2018. She is dedicated, responsible, and a committed member of our team. Laura is married to her husband, Fran, has a teenage daughter, Daniella, and three pets: Nutella, Savoy, and Newton. Laura loves the beach and, of course, the rivers and mountains of Tennessee.
Originally from Venezuela, Yohana has been with Simpli Insurance since 2019. She loves her team job and believes the company has helped her grow as a person and professionally. She is very responsible, proactive, and committed. Yohana is a sports enthusiast, a mother of a teenager, and adores her English Bulldog, Bambi.
Meyly is proudly Honduran and started working at Simpli Insurance in 2022. She is passionate about soccer and animals. Meyly is responsible and has excellent customer service skills.
Monica is originally from the beautiful city of San Pedro Sula in Honduras. She began working with Simpli Insurance in 2022 and is very responsible and committed. She loves music and dancing, has a young nephew she adores, and is always kind and compassionate.
Born in Georgia, Keilly has lived most of her life in Tennessee. She graduated from Karns High School and has worked with Simpli Insurance since 2022. Keilly has been a fantastic addition to the Simpli Insurance team and provides attentive customer service. Keilly has two dogs, and they are her pride and joy. She loves to take them out to the park and be with them.
Originally from Peru, Nelly has lived in the United States since she was 7. She has two boys and loves spending time with them during her time off. Nelly loves all types of music, food, and cultures. Nelly started with Simpli Insurance in 2022 and is very responsible, committed, and provides excellent service to our customers.
Allan is originally from Nicaragua, CA. In 2002, he graduated from the Bachelor's Degree in Systems at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN, MANAGUA). He is passionate about sports, specially soccer and programming. He has been part of the Simpli Insurance Team since March 2018, in the IT area, Allan is very committed and friendly.
